4-11-05 Mike Conway said that a guy from the Corpus region will be sending me a complete Application for Domestic Wastewater Permit.

4-11-05, 11am
Talked to Michael from TCEQ Central Records 512-239-0900. He is going to get me a copy of the original Sunilandings Sewer Plant CCN 20739, Domestic Wastewater Permit number WA0012653-001. He could not find or did not have the original "application". He had some correspondence, the permit itself (simple document that said we had a permit dated 1991), a few maps and some stuff about Leiman etc. I said OK, guess we will have to fill out and file request for a discharge permit from scratch.

5-5-05, 8:45 am
Called Records again 512-239-0900. I had received a call on my cell from a guy who said he found my records but another department had to send them, would cost a few dollars. He called me on my cell thus I have no accurate notes, names etc. This time I talked to Amanda, who said she would start the process over and that Gina would be getting those to me in about a week, cost $8.50.

5-5-05, 9am
Called Hector at 361-825-3144 who inspected us last and wrote the violations. He said he had received a call from Mike Conway and not to worry about any deadlines but to get things fixed as soon as we could. I told him I was waiting on the State as per the note above to apply for my new waste water discharge permit. All is ok. I informed him that we had gotten all our pumps in and had a spare and was in the process of changing out the check valve in lift station 1.

4-10-2007 I talked to her about the permit that I sent in. During the conversation with Debbie on 12-18-2006 she was told that the app was turned down because they now had a new app and was also turned down because I submitted is as a "renewal" and since it had been out of date since 1991 then I need to submit a "new permit request" instead of a renewal. This will take much, much longer. I started working on it.

Our records show we received a renewal application for Permit No. WQ0012651-001 on December 18, 2006. Because the application was out of date, Robert Macias called and spoke with Ms. Debbie Wood. He explained the permit had expired and the forms were out of date. Ms. Woods response was she would apply for a new permit.

4-10-2007, I sent this to Hector for his review after talking to him on the phone 10am.

These are my notes discussing Investigation 344770 where Mike Conway had always told me to call him when I had a problem and I noted below that you had gotten a call from him discussing the "expired permit" issue. The exact wording that you had with Mike may not be accurate but the jest of the matter was that Mike would handle it and not to pursue it further at this time. Please let me know if this is the same thing you recollect.

Debbie & I met with Colleen Ryan at our house to go over the letter & further communications with Lisa Richardson. We gave her a retainer check.
She left here at 3:25 pm.
