4-11-05 4pm. Randy Spencer returned my call a few minutes after I left a message. We talked for over an hour. I recorded the conversation as I do most conversations due to my poor memory as of late. We both agreed to me paying of his note at the bank and taking over the contract for deed he gave to Bo and Rosary Cady who are living in and purchasing the home from him. I will now own the property and the Paper.
