OUR RATES

Enchanted Harbor Water Rate is $36.50 for the first 2000 gallons and $1.50 per 1000 gallons over that.

Sunilandings Water Utility Rate is $47.33 for the first 3000 gallons and $1.75 per 1000 gallons over that.

Sunilandings Sewer Utility Rate is $65.58 flat fee.

All invoices are assesed a 1% state fee that we send to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) each year.
