Paying for a license online does not constitute license renewal. The license is renewed only when the information is verified and the license has been issued by the agency. Approved licenses will be mailed within 10 to 20 business days from the date all required documentation is received. Visit the TCEQ website to check the status of your license. Note: Class D water and wastewater licensees must complete and submit the questionnaire located on this TCEQ website before the license can be renewed. Failure to do so will result in an application deficiency, license denial, or non-renewal. Any payment submitted via this online application is considered non-refundable and non-transferable.
